Am I paying shipment costs?
For shipping in the Netherlands we do not charge shipping costs for our products. This applies to both business as private customers. Shipping rates are added automatically to your order.
What is the delivery time?
We aim to send your item to you as soon as possible. For shipments within the Netherlands, a delivery time of approximately 1-2 workdays applies. For shipping to other countries, a delivery time of approximately 1 - 4 weeks applies.
Where can I file a complaint?

Can I return my items?
We are sorry to hear that your ordered item does not meet your expectations. You may return the item(s) to us, when you inform us via boeken@techwatch.nl within 14 days after receiving the item(s). If you ordered multiple items at once, then this 14 day period will start after you received the last item. From the moment you have let us know via e-mail that you would like to return the item, the item must be returned within 14 days. The item, if possible, should be send back in the original packaging. You must handle the item you want to return carefully. Return the item(s) with delivered accessories and in accordance with the return instructions that you receive after you report to us that you would like to return the item(s).
How do I return my item(s)?

Will I receive a refund for a returned item?
You will receive a refund of the total purchase amount within ten days. Should the item be damaged, because you used the item more than necessary to judge wether you would like to keep the item or to determine the most important characteristics, then the costs of this damage will be deducted from the purchase amount.

You pay the costs for returning an item or items yourself.
